DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY TO EU REACH- 235 SUBSTANCES
All products that are manufactured and /or supplied by NextGen/Aillen Manufacturing are in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Specifically, our products are considered as Articles under the legislation, and do not contain substances, in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight, as listed in the following sections of this directive:
Article 57 and Annex XIV. As per the latest update on 14 June 2023, there are 235 substances on the SVHC list.
• Hammond Manufacturing products do not contain any of the substances, in a concentration
greater than 0.1% by weight, as described in Article 67, including Annex XIV and Annex XVII.
• Hammond Manufacturing discloses this information, to the best of our knowledge, based
upon data supplied by our raw material suppliers or manufacturers.
